We are looking for an accounts payable representative for the Westbury, NY area. This postion will be a direct hire postion and pay is based on experience ranging from $55K - $65K. Responsibilities

 Reviewing and verifying invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.

 Coding and entering invoices into the accounts payable system.

 Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.

 Processing payments to vendors in a timely manner.

 Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.

 Providing Support to the accounting team as required.
