On Time Delivery / Build Plan Adherence
3+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing or a related field
Deep understanding of advanced planning strategies and replenishment processes
Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
Proficient in supply chain management tools and technologies
Proficient in SQL and data visualization to drive key insights (Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma process improvement methodologies
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Kinaxis Author or Advanced User certification
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and process optimization

Master's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related technical discipline

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
