What you’ll do

We’re looking for a friendly individual with sharp attention to detail to join our Mailroom Services team. In this role, accuracy and efficiency are key, as you’ll be scanning, tagging and uploading claim forms and supporting documents to our internal systems. You’ll also get the chance to interface with staff from all areas of the company as you open, sort and distribute incoming mail and provide receptionist support on a regular and as-needed basis.

This full-time position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Westborough, MA, with a Monday through Friday on-site work schedule, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In this role, you’ll also:

  • Sort, scan and post claim documents to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site daily

  • Upload claims to the Benefit Payment Operation System (BPO)

  • Distribute all non-claim mail

  • Scan all archive bulk scanning from various departments to the appropriate folders

  • Prepare and scan all non-claim documents for archiving

  • Provide receptionist support on a regular and as-needed basis

What you bring

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent

  • A valid driver’s license

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • The ability to prioritize tasks, work within timeframes and meet deadlines, while being self-motivated, detailed and organized

  • The capacity to recognize and maintain confidentiality

  • The aptitude to communicate in a professional and pleasant manner

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
