Cashmere Valley Bank Loan Support I, II, III Job Status: Full Time Reports To: Credit Operations Supervisor Amount of Travel Required: Occasional Positions Supervised: None Location: Wenatchee, WA Department: Loan Administration FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Grade/Level: $21.00 - $29.14 Work Schedule: Available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with overtime as necessary. POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for loan document preparation, data entry and loan funding for all branches. Provide additional support to branch Loan CSR's. Performs back-up duties for the Credit Operations Supervisor during their absence. Essential Functions Statement(s) * Prepare all preliminary loan application disclosures to meet regulatory compliance requirements. Prepare all loan documents in accordance with all consumer compliance and banking regulations as well as the bank's internal procedures. * Review loan document request form for completeness of required information and proper lending authority limits. * Review loan documents for accuracy before final printing at branch. Perform data entry for all new loans as well as file maintenance as required for all existing loans. * Perform required loan and general ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis. Review daily computer reports for accuracy of data input. * Provide additional support to Loan CSR's for assistance and problem resolution with loans. * Disburse loan funds subject to compliance regulations and internal procedures. * Ability to travel and provide the necessary Loan CSR coverage at the Bank's various branches at management's discretion. * Develop knowledge of data entry for new loans and a clear understanding of the banks computer software for the lending program. * Learn and retain consumer compliance regulations. * Adhere to all policies, procedures and regulatory compliance requirements for Cashmere Valley Bank. * Regular, in person attendance is essential. * Model and uphold the Mission Statement of Cashmere Valley Bank. * Other duties as assigned.
