Responsibilities will include intakes, diagnosis, case management, and mental health treatment services to identified children, families, and adults. This role also includes supervision of counseling or social work students and interns. Responsibilities: Clinical Practice Provide intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing culturally sensitive treatment using Evidenced Based Practices to children, families, and adults Complete required documentation within the identified timeframes Develop clinical treatment plans which focus on client strengths, culture, needs, and goals within the briefest time frame for successful achievement. Maintain encounters/productivity of at least 30% of reportable/billable services Participate in ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement to assure the services provided demonstrate best practice standards and meet all contractual requirements Actively participate in individual and group supervision, clinical staff meetings, and other multi-disciplinary meetings Staff cases which require specialist consultations and psychiatric consultation as required Coordinate client treatment with schools, physicians, and other community resources and referrals to community services whenever necessary Observe confidentiality in all related program functions with staff and clients Establish and maintain working relationships with other community mental health providers, primary care, and other referral sources Intern Supervision Provides clinical supervision, coaching, case record review, and session debrief to assigned intern students in the areas of direct service, documentation, clinical and professional growth, and accountability Provides on the job training and facilitate other internship development opportunities Provides interns with opportunities to shadow sessions and co-facilitate sessions Attends meetings in relationship to service delivery as needed with appropriate staff within the student's master's program Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Job Requirements: The following requirements are those that are normally required for performance of this position.
