JOB DESCRIPTION: TheReentry and Rehabilitation Division is seeking a Caseworker Specialist II to join our team of skilled professionals at our Central Valley Office located in West Valley City,UT.   Our division provides evidence-based,individualized interventions to safely reintegrate justice involved individuals back into the community. Our goal is to develop and carry out high quality,evidence based programs aimed at improving individual outcomes and enhancing community safety by implementing strategies,promoting accountability,and strengthening partnerships while maintaining a positive work environment. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Licensure in one of the following: Social Service Worker,Social Worker,Clinical Mental Health Counselor,Marriage and Family Therapist,or Certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor.
• Experience working with substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment
• Experience teaching educational classes
• Experience in case management principles
• Effective speaking,reading,and written communication skills
• Knowledge of risk assessments and criminogenic risk factors
