Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Technician to manage meal planning, nutrition assessments, and dietary needs for our residents. The ideal candidate will assist with evaluating resident's dietary needs, monitoring special diets, and ensuring all food services comply with regulatory standards. You'll work closely with residents and healthcare teams to create a positive dining experience while supporting overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure compliance with residents’ specific nutritional requirements and dietary restrictions.
Evaluating and monitoring the dietary needs of the residents.
Support residents' meal choices and preferences in a positive, respectful manner.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in food service areas.
Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare providers to meet resident needs.
Qualifications :
Must hold current Nutrition and Dietetics Technician registration.
Previous experience in food service, healthcare, or a similar role preferred.
Understanding of nutrition, dietary restrictions, and food safety protocols.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
