An Electronics Manufacturing Company in Sayville, NY is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their team! You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, responding to inquiries, documenting customer interactions, and providing exceptional service through consistent phone and email communication. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment. We are seeking someone with at least 1 year of office experience working in a similar role with the ability to learn new softwares quickly. Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.

  • Manage customer accounts by processing orders, providing updates, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Document all customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in the company's system.

  • Collaborate with the repair and distribution teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

  • Identify and escalate any issues requiring additional support or resolution.

  • Work efficiently in a small office with a quiet, focused environment, alongside other team members in cubicles.

  • Assist in coordinating logistics with the warehouse team for accurate and timely product distribution.
