We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective operations within our warehouse. If you have experience in logistics leadership, a passion for improving processes, and a drive for motivating teams to succeed, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire : Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates. Provide feedback to ensure optimal performance, productivity, and efficiency.

• Ensure Seamless Operations : Oversee the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure proper organization of merchandise, and manage warehouse inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Plan and Execute : Manage production schedules and allocate resources to ensure job assignments are completed on time, keeping accurate records of time and production.

• Monitor and Report : Track warehouse activities including sales, inventory control, and purchasing, sending detailed reports to plant personnel to keep everyone informed.

• Problem-Solving : Handle any operational challenges or employee concerns, ensuring smooth operations at all levels of the warehouse.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Foster a positive team environment by maintaining open communication across all levels of the organization.

• Manage and execute assigned projects with attention to detail and a focus on improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a warehouse or logistics leadership role, with a strong background in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce operations (ordering, picking, packing, and shipping).

• Tech-Savvy : Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.

• People Skills : Strong conflict resolution and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team.

• Physical Ability : Comfortable working in a variety of environments, from cold storage (-20°F) to dry storage (up to 100°F), and able to lift at least 40 lbs. (weight may vary by facility).

• Flexibility : Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as needed.

• Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy warehouse setting with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
