Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in West Sacramento, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. In this role, you will be heavily involved in the collection and processing of customer payments and will also work closely with various internal departments to resolve any customer issues.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling a high volume of phone and email communication with customers, agents, and internal resources to ensure timely collection of customer payments for projects, service contracts, and rentals.

• Processing customer credit card payments accurately and in a timely manner.

• Coordinating with various internal departments to resolve customer issues that affect the payment of invoices.

• Regularly updating project billing and payment status in support of revenue review meetings.

• Regularly assessing customer credit levels and maintaining accurate records of these assessments.

• Reviewing and releasing customer orders from credit hold as necessary.

• Assisting in the closing process at the end of the month/year and during the annual audit by preparing assigned reports or providing necessary documentation.

• Carrying out any other duties as assigned pertaining to the role of an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of CRM systems

• Familiarity with Epic Software

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Capable of performing Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform Billing Functions

• Experience with Cash Activity management

• Skills in Cash Handling
