Insight Global Network Security Engineer in West Point, Georgia

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to sit onsite and support one of Alabama's largest automobile manufacturing plants. This person will be focused heavily on firewalls and need to understand how it interfaces to the different networks/creating access control lists. This person will be assigning tasks and quickly responding to process ServiceNow tickets related to network and security issues. Detecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN related issues. Installing, maintaining, and configuring Cisco firewalls and Cisco/StealthWatch IPSs and perform disaster recovery of all network systems.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Associate's degree or HS diploma and equivalent work experience

3+ years of minimum Firewalls, IPS, End Point Security, and other network defense technologies

Experience with Cisco ASA, Cisco Catalyst, and Nexus hardware

Ability to think logically and analyze issues and implement countermeasures Experience implementing multi-factor authentication

Experience on projects of IPSEC tunnels moving into AWS or MS 365 null
