We are offering an employment opportunity for a Medical Customer Service Rep based in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role will primarily involve providing outstanding customer service to our clientele and guiding them through their patient journey. The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar role and will be familiar with various computer programs and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to our clientele over the phone.

• Using computer programs, CRM, and EHR systems to manage customer information.

• Efficiently and accurately processing patient authorizations and other related paperwork.

• Managing patient inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Performing receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and managing appointments.

• Using Allscripts, Epic Clinical, and other relevant software to maintain accurate patient records.

• Conducting billing functions, benefit functions, and other related tasks.

• Providing concierge services to enhance the patient experience.

• Monitoring patient accounts and taking appropriate action as needed.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth patient journey from start to finish.

Requirements • Proficiency in using Allscripts software

• Technical aptitude to navigate various computer programs effectively

• Experience with CRM systems for managing customer interactions

• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM for maintaining patient records

• Capability to handle and respond to inbound calls professionally

• Experience in managing authorizations in a healthcare setting

• Understanding of benefit functions, including coordinating and explaining patient benefits

• Knowledge of billing functions, including creating and managing invoices

• Prior experience in a call center customer service role

• Ability to perform receptionist duties, such as greeting patients and scheduling appointments

• Experience with Epic Clinical software for managing patient care
