Our two-year, rotational Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) provides challenging opportunities via short-term work assignments across the enterprise as you move to locations around the U.S.A.

Auxiliary Power System (APS) Project Engineering (PE) will support specific Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) model or Turbo Jet (TJ)
What You Will Do
Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments
Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden your exposure to the business and further develop your leadership and functional skills and business acumen
Provide leadership and guidance as a member of respective program integrated product team (IPT) in support of a new development program, new advanced technology development projects or production program support
Completion of specific production support projects in one or more of the following areas. Scrap rework and repair reduction, product cost reduction and/or component hardware transition support.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Engineering: Aerospace or Mechanical; degree must be obtained between December 2024 - May 30, 2025
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
Cumulative 3.0 GPA

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is - . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
