salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within maintenance.

• Proven ability to manage teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

• Relevant certification in building trades.

• Minimum of 2 years performing preventative maintenance tasks.

• Proficient in the safe use of power tools and adherence to safety protocols.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasks that require flexibility and physical agility.

• Excellent organizational skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving.

• Competent in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance coverage.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
