Seeking FT maintenance worker for mobile home park.

General daily/weekly/monthly all-seasons property management in a large mobile home park under supervision of the onsite Maintenance Manager.

Requires the applicant, plus any other adult domestic household members, be able to qualify for residence in the mobile home park property and be willing to relocate to provided employee housing within 180 days. Park residence broadly requires passing a criminal background check, not having any large dogs and the size of available housing may constrain position availability depending on size of potential hire's family unit to, in general, 2 persons per bedroom.

Requires:

• Current PA driver's license and clean driving record
•  
• Housing availability is solely dependent on employment.  Termination of employment, for any reason, requires employee housing be vacated within seven calendar days
•  
• Demonstrable reading, writing, basic math and communication skill
•  
• Persistent ability, willingness and applied courteous interaction with tenants/park entrants to cause adherence to property maintenance and conduct rules.
•  
• Demonstrable continued professional documentation of tenant maintenance matters as individual issues are started, followed up, completed.
•  
• General knowledge of drinking water/sewage plant operations and underground utility systems.
•  
• Ability to complete on-the-job training for testing/maintenance of the onsite sewage treatment plant and performance of the requisite maintenance/testing/state agency required documentation.
•  
• Response to occasional off hours emergencies with stabilization to further respond during regular hours.
•  
• Persistent adherence to safe job site protocols with use of safety equipment and safe control of job sites, equipment.
•  
• Responsible for overall appearance and site safety of mobile home park with seasonal requirements:  mowing, weed control, plowing, etc.
•  
• Ability to perform basic construction consistent with home repair/handyman skills such as basic framing, plumbing, electrical, etc.
•  
• Ability to safely, efficiently operate commercial-sized mower, weed eater, backhoe, loader, snow plow, chainsaw, welder, power tools, hand tools.
•  
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs/parts replacement on equipment
•  
• Keep organized, secure and clean shop, vehicles, tools and equipment and other business assets at all times.
