The Opportunity:
West Liberty University is seeking applications for a Human Resources Representative. The Human Resources Representative position will primarily focus on recruitment and onboarding efforts, maintain accurate HRIS records and personnel files, cross train in payroll, as well as update WV state system records, and track leaves of absence.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree in business, Human Resources or another related field required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or another related field preferred.
2+ years of HR related experience, preferably in recruitment.
