Responsible for management and day to day planning of the manufacturing facilities. Setup and calibrate manufacturing line machines to comply with PROK Conveyor Equipment quality standards. Develop and build on the current manufacturing team and manufacturing capability. Assign personnel to manufacturing tasks. Be main point of contact between suppliers and PROK Conveyor Equipment for manufacturing related business. Ensure that all manufacturing-related jobs are timely completed as per the manufacturing schedule. Organize and maintain instructions and training for service personnel. Perform Machine Operator training and supervision. Perform monthly reporting and forecasting requirements. Train and mentor manufacturing personnel in PROK equipment, process and procedures. Monitor and control the schedule, budget and quality of manufacturing jobs. Liaise with relevant internal operational personnel as required. Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers and planning authorities, as appropriate. Update manufacturing records, registers and quality records. Carry out supplier inspections and audits as required. Perform issue resolution. Evaluate and recommend new systems and techniques.
