A free charter school located in South and West Jordan, Utah, is now accepting applications for a part-time Kitchen Assistant for the current 2024-2025 school year.

The main purpose is to help the kitchen staff in performing all food preparation and serving activities in a timely, sanitary and orderly manner.  Helps the kitchen staff prepare a variety of food items for daily lunch program.  Helps with the cleanliness of kitchen and kitchen equipment.  Follows strict hygiene practices for themselves and the entire kitchen staff.  Must be capable of consistent physical activity (lifting and moving up to 50 pounds).  Must be able to write, type, and comprehend all information needed to complete daily tasks. 

Candidate must submit for and pass a background check in accordance with Utah's Department of Public Safety requirements.
