Job Description Summary

The primary objective of the Digital Technology Specialist is to support site operations by ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of digital technologies. Responsible for delivering product service support globally collaborating with operational teams and Service owners. This role is responsible for enhancing the user experience by continuously improving the service and experience.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Perform day to day operational functions related to the West Jefferson facility.

  • Provide strong leadership and support to Operational productions team and hold the team Digital accountable for delivering solutions to customer.

  • Implement industry best practices while focusing on productivity and optimization of applications and infrastructure at the site.

  • Engage, leverage, and drive simplified processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Work in high stress situations and provide support to a 24x7 team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and/or 4 plus years’ experience in Digital Operations Support

NOTE: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices in Shop Floor management

  • Technical foundation in pc imaging technologies

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
