At Kelly ® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking a Hybrid Customer Service Representative for a cutting edge tech company in West Henrietta, NY.

Pay: $20-22/hr. (Depending on experience).

Day Shift: 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri.

• This is a temporary role with the possibility of permanent hire.

Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative you'll be at the heart of operations, handling order entries, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth transactional processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person.

• Process orders, changes, pricing adjustments, and cancellations.

• Retrieve and verify customer information and order details.

• Communicate order status, ship dates, and availability.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries.

• Issue RMAs and Credit Memos; manage invoicing issues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of Customer service experience preferred; Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
