TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in West Hazleton, Pennsylvania

NOW HIRING IN WEST HAZLETON, PA!

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our growing team!

  • This person will be working in a call center capacity

  • The company is a third party representative for dispatching repairs. Comfort working with more "urgent" situations is preferred.

  • Seeking an individual who is comfortable providing high level customer service to vendors and clients.

  • Hours will be Monday-Friday 9a-5p

  • There is potential to work a hybrid schedule after completion of training, but training and role will start out FULLY on site

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience with Netsuite is a plus but not required

HS Diploma or GED required
