At The McAuley, we are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee the daily nursing operations and ensure exceptional care for our residents. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead by example, incorporating our Mission, Vision, and Values into every decision.

  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of care.

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and families.

  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws while maintaining ethical practices.

  • Manage resident care plans, assessments, and communicate effectively with physicians and families.

  • Play a key role in staff recruitment, development, and scheduling to ensure optimal team performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of Connecticut.

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience , preferably in assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare.

  • A compassionate leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic electronic health record (EHR) systems.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a commitment to quality care.
