Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Recruiter to join our team in West Hartford, Connecticut. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience or 2 years of human resources experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting top talent within the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various financial positions.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.

• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent.

• Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience or 2 years of human resources experience.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

• Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Recruiting, preferably within the Financial Services industry

• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Knowledge and experience in using Careerbuilder and Kronos Timekeeping System

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with 'About Time' software

• Experience conducting Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within a financial context

• Strong skills in Documentation and maintaining records

• Experience and understanding of Hiring Processes in a corporate environment

• Experience in Corporate Recruiting

• Knowledge and experience in Full Cycle Recruiting

• Experience in Executive recruiting

• Demonstrated success in Recruiting roles within a corporate environment.
