The Company is seeking a to support employee users with computer and related equipment set-up, repair, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and diagnostic skills are necessary for this position, as well as some experience with computer hardware and related equipment repair.

The Position: This is a hybrid position that will work both remotely and in-office on an alternating work schedule. Sunday work is required on a once per month basis. In-office work will be located both in our White Plains facility and our Bronx Distribution Center.
