What you'll do: The Property Management Intern assists Management Professionals, Inc. with special projects by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares, records, and analyzes reporting to summarize and interpret current and projected company, partnership, or third-party ownerships financial, or market position for management.

Prepare, review, and analyze annual budgets assigned to the position.

Prepares for audits of company's accounts.

Assist with general administrative duties, reports and data entry.

Maintains various databases, templates, and CRM system.

Participates in new market research and design.

Able to work independently and drive to various locations as assigned.

Drives to R&R properties and various locations as the position requires

What it takes to join our team:

High school diploma or general education degree; and one to two years of college accounting, finance or sales/marketing.

Must have the ability to learn new software

Must maintain a valid Driver's License
