Wells Fargo Business Execution Consultant in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within the CTO Operations Assurance team. The position supports change management within the Chief Technology Office. Includes review of changes prior to install to ensure all audit required information has been completed. Service Now tool support updates, such as User, assignment group updates, and Standard Change Templates.

In this role, you will:

  • Review, follow-up and approve change changes

  • Represent support groups in change scheduling reviews, post installation assessments, and tool or process improvements

  • Interact with support group leaders driving change performance improvement and reporting

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics

  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work

  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations

  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables

  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business

  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management

  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Service Now tool expertise, IT experience, Change, Incident and Problem policy knowledge

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with Service Now Incident, Problem, and Change reporting

  • 2+ years of experience with Wells Fargo Incident, Problem, and Change reporting

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert

  • Ability to escalate issues

Job Expectations:

  • Responsible for data quality of changes/Incidents and Problems as service now will undergo external audit for the data quality

  • Responsible for all high-risk and high-impact CHGs for LOBs by potentially evaluating risks that are brought to the forefront for strategic evaluation and mitigation

  • Responsible for LOB's adherence to SLAs set by TIPM team with proactive monitoring

  • The team also has the responsibility of identifying the control gaps and bridging the same by collaborating with ServiceNow team

  • Team also collaborates on operational practices and enforce service-level management and provide data and analysis to help provide measurable process improvement across the portfolio

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
