Description
We are currently on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant to join our team based in West Columbia, South Carolina. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative duties, including handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and managing data entry tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Accurately process customer-related data and maintain customer credit records.
• Handle receptionist duties as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing high-quality service.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as necessary.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of documents.
• Be the first point of contact for inbound calls, directing them as needed.
• Balance multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload as necessary.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Requirements • Exceptional ability to manage and answer inbound calls with courtesy and detail orientation.
• Proven customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Proficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with email correspondence, responding to queries, and managing communication effectively.
• Proficient in handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and contact lists.
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating, editing, and presenting detail-oriented presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, format, and edit documents.
