Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, LLC Director of Pharmacy in West Chester, Ohio

Director of Pharmacy Beckett Springs West Chester, Ohio As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLCDirector of Pharmacy, you are the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) overseeing all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team.As the Director of Pharmacy, you will also provide oversite to and management of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. Schedule: This position will work at least 40 hours per week Monday through Friday daytime hours. You will also take on call when the pharmacy is closed. About the Facility: Beckett Springs is a behavioral health hospital located in the Cincinnati-area township of West Chester, Ohio, which provides inpatient and outpatient programming for those facing mental health and addiction challenges. Programs offer caring, compassionate treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, as well as specialized programming for active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and other high-risk frontline professionals. Services include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and Help for Heroes. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Required Qualifications: BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy Ohio Pharmacist licensure in good standing At least 2 years recent work experience as a Pharmacist (in a behavioral health setting preferred) Management experience in a healthcare/hospital environment preferred Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility. Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns, and work cooperatively with other staff.
