Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated general production workers for an injection mold company that specializes in products for appliances, automotive, electronics, and more.

Responsibilities

• Pulling parts off large presses

• Small piece assembly

• Operating various machines simultaneously

• Performing light industrial work (maximum of 15 lbs, typically lighter)

• Standing and moving for 8 - 10 hours a day

• Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of relatable experience

• Ability to stand on feet for 8 - 10 hours/day

• Availability to work on the weekend when needed

• Experience in jobs requiring standing all day (e.g., cooks, servers, laborers)

• Experience in Manufacturing, Production, Labor

• Sit-down forklift operation

• Computer proficiency

• ERP system experience

• Inventory management

• Palletizing

• Assembly, Warehouse, General labor

Work Environment

Work in a large warehouse environment that can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. This is a very fast-paced environment where you must be able to operate at a high speed to meet demands. There are 20-30 operators on each shift. Dress code is laid back: T-shirt or long sleeve (appropriate), closed-toe shoes, jeans or pants (no strings), no holes, and must be clean. Shorts are allowed in the summer.

Shift Information

• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm M-F

• 2nd shift: Monday-Friday: 3:00pm-11:00pm

• 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday: 11:00pm-7:00am

• ROTATING WEEKENDS

• Candidates MUST be available and open to working 1 weekend day a week for overtime

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00
