Your seat at the table: Bilingual Customer Service Representative You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to: Provide best in class customer service o Develop strong relationships between customers o Add positivity to each customer interaction o Receive, research, and answer customer inquiries, service issues, and orders. o Perform outbound calls to update customers on ship dates, refunds, payments and product delivery or service of product Data Processing o Enter orders for product, replacement parts and accessories o Enter orders for returned merchandise and authorize refunds as necessary Authorize repair and replacement of product with respect to warranty policy o Enter orders from distributors/sales staff as required for backup o Request and enter payment from customers Focus on continuous improvement o Maintain historical and current product information in database Be a brand advocate We need this seat to have: High School graduate 2-5 years customer service experience Fluent and proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish required - additional foreign languages preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Maintains a positive work atmosphere with customers, co-workers, and managers Strong attention to detail Superb phone etiquette and conflict skills This seat reports to: Customer Relationship Manager Our company believes leaders are critical to the success of each individual.
