Quad Print Business Operations Analyst in West Allis, Wisconsin

The Business Operations Analyst is a professional who works closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with management on KPI metrics to understand key business trends to drive operational efficiencies with the in-store division.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Build, Analyze, and Maintain Job Product Templates
Create, test, and implement new MIS Features/Operations
Lead process improvement and changes across the division
Test and Troubleshoot integrations between various software
Analyze Sales, Estimate, and Costing Data to provide recommendations for future business success
Develop reports for various teams
Review customer specifications and provide insightful recommendations for business approach and execution
Develop Standard Operating Procedures to build consistency across the team
Support Estimating, Finance, and Operations teams with training and understanding as needed
Enhance, and review Win/Loss Reports to provide recommendations for the future
Write Xpath (XML) Code as needed
Assist with ROI's and RFP's on large scale client engagements
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is desired
Experience
Minimum of one (1) year Print Manufacturing or Print Estimating experience required
Preferred one (1) year business or financial analyst experience
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Competency in Print and Project Management MIS/ERP platforms
Fundamental Understanding of Software Integrations and Data Usage
