Robert Half Customer Service Manager in West Allis, Wisconsin

Description

Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Manager for an organization in the Milwaukee, WI area. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, supervising a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and meet key performance indicators.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing information and assistance as needed.

• Utilize CRM and order entry systems to process customer requests and maintain accurate records.

• Evaluate current processes and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.

• Hold the team accountable to key performance indicators, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

• Handle additional tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the customer service team.

• Exercise strong leadership skills to motivate and develop the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers and address their needs.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Experience in order entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

• Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
