Talent ACQ Service Administrator in Wenatchee, Washington

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Department Administrator to play a crucial role in our team's success. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Service Department Technicians, customers, and other internal stakeholders. You will act as the first point of contact for all service-related inquiries and manage the process from the initial request to the final billing. Your ability to stay organized, calm under pressure, and efficient will be key in optimizing the department's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and respond to incoming service department calls and emails.
  • Interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions with patience and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with Service Department Technicians and Site Leads to relay findings and schedule services.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company's computer systems, including service records and warranty information.
  • Manage technician attendance and work schedules.
  • Arrange travel plans for the service team as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm service completion and satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or other computer systems.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred:

Knowledge of mechanical systems.
