Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a skilled and experienced Probate and Estate Litigation Attorney to join our client's dynamic team. This role involves representing clients in complex legal matters related to estate administration, will contests, trust disputes, and other probate litigation matters. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and passionate advocate for clients. This hire is to replace a retiring partner. Great pay, benefits and culture.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in good standing with the MA State Bar.

• Proven experience in probate and estate litigation, including handling complex cases.

• Strong understanding of probate law, trust law, and related legal principles.

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
