Bidell Gas Compression, Inc. (Weirton, WV) seeks Structural Welding & Skids Supervisor to supervise & coordinate all activities of the Structural Welding and Skids departments. Ensure efficient & timely delivery of products. Ensure all safety requirements are followed, manage QA program requirements, ensure regulation compliance, & provide welding expertise. Responsible for employee hiring & training (technical & safety), ordering and managing inventory levels, facilitating and planning inbound and outbound material flow, managing employee workload. Partner with Engineering, Drafting, Purchasing, Production, and Scheduling teams as needed.

Requirements: Certified welder (Foreign Certification is acceptable). Five (5) years work experience in the gas compression building manufacturing environment. Experience in LEAN manufacturing and advanced rigging. Must have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
