We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components. If you have press brake setup experience, know how to read blueprints, and have a keen eye for precision, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Take job packets and review specifications for each project.

• Choose and prepare tooling based on material requirements (some jobs require up to 30 tools).

• Load, align, and set up tooling to ensure correct operations.

• Enter and pull programs as needed to ensure smooth operation.

• Use blueprints to ensure parts are fabricated according to customer specifications.

• Measure parts down to millimeters (both standard and metric) using calipers and other measuring tools.

• Operate the press brake machine, ensuring precise bends and quality control throughout the production process.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the press brake operation.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Press brake set-up experience is required.

• Must be able to read blueprints accurately and understand technical drawings.

• Strong measurement skills, including the ability to measure down to millimeters in both standard and metric systems.

• Proficiency with calipers and other precision measuring tools.

• Experience operating Omada machines with NC9 Controls is a plus, though not required.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
