Adecco US, Inc. Press Break Operator in Webster, New York
We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components. If you have press brake setup experience, know how to read blueprints, and have a keen eye for precision, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Take job packets and review specifications for each project.
Choose and prepare tooling based on material requirements (some jobs require up to 30 tools).
Load, align, and set up tooling to ensure correct operations.
Enter and pull programs as needed to ensure smooth operation.
Use blueprints to ensure parts are fabricated according to customer specifications.
Measure parts down to millimeters (both standard and metric) using calipers and other measuring tools.
Operate the press brake machine, ensuring precise bends and quality control throughout the production process.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the press brake operation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Experience & Skills Required:
Press brake set-up experience is required.
Must be able to read blueprints accurately and understand technical drawings.
Strong measurement skills, including the ability to measure down to millimeters in both standard and metric systems.
Proficiency with calipers and other precision measuring tools.
Experience operating Omada machines with NC9 Controls is a plus, though not required.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
