Phoenix Home Care and Hospice In Home Pediatric Private Duty Nurse -LPN or RN - WEEKENDS- $1500 Sign On Bonus in Webb City, Missouri

We are looking for a nurse to care for a 3 year old on weekend days...Saturdays 10am-8pm and Sunday 9am-5pm. There is a sign on bonus after 30 days on the job and another $500 at 6 months. After caring for the child on weekends and making sure it's a good fit for everyone involved, there will be a couple night shifts available to be picked up as well. Should you take on the night shift hours the payout at 6 months would be $1000 instead of $500.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in development, review and revision of the plan of care. 

  • Provides nursing care in accordance with physician’s plan of treatment, individual plan of care, as authorized by client’s payer source. 

  • Observes, records and report's reaction to treatment and any changes in client’s condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician.

  • Provides ongoing instruction and supervision of client, family or other health team personnel in the plan of treatment.

  •  Monitor and record patient's condition & document provided care services via electronic charting.

  • Participates in education programs, quality assessment activities, nurse’s meetings and other staff meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License

  • Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Positive, Professional attitude
