Description

We are inviting applications for a part-time Bookkeeper to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be skilled in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll, with a strong background in Bookkeeping. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. This role will be 20 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks.

• Responsible for the reconciliation of accounts.

• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

• Perform data entry tasks related to bookkeeping.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.

• Handle Month End Close activities.

• Administer payroll duties.

• Use QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations

• Solid understanding of Bookkeeping

• Skilled in Data Entry

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of Payroll systems and processing

• Proficient in QuickBooks software
