Job Description:

The Operation Services Marketing Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to drive business growth and revenue. This position will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to inform marketing decisions, identify trends, and measure campaign effectiveness. Additionally, this position will work cosely with cross-funtional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies and results. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven marketing.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Familiarity with SQL and data modeling concepts

• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies
