IQVIA Associate Director, Tech Solution Sales, US Remote in Wayne, Pennsylvania

The Associate Technology Solution Sales Director will focus on electronic Quality Management System (eQMS-SmartSolve) and quality consulting services within the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This role is pivotal in driving sales for strategic offerings within the Quality Center of Excellence (COE). Specifically, the successful candidate will have experience with selling enterprise quality SaaS solutions and be responsible for acquiring net new logos in the MedTech and/or Pharma segment, aiming to build upon last year’s impressive 20% growth in bookings.

Essential Functions:

• Promote SmartSolve solutions and consulting services to potential clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the MedTech industry.

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.

• Primary focus is on IQVIA Tech and Apps product, focusing exclusively on new business/new account acquisition; leads the acquisition of new, high profile clients and focuses on winning large deals for meeting revenue and profit objectives.

• Focuses exclusively on new business/new account acquisition.

• Develops prospects through individual efforts and by participating in organization-sponsored events and campaigns.

• Prospects for new accounts, secures appointments, determines needs, delivers sales presentations, negotiates terms and conditions, overcomes objections, and closes sales.

• Develops strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments.

• Assigned to large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts.

• May have leadership role. Identifies incremental opportunities in new or existing accounts (primarily new).

• Suggests product and offering enhancement to development team; Brings a total solutions mindset with clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of similar industry or relevant sales experience required Or

• SaaS/Software sales and account management experience

• Demonstrable experience of sales growth & target achievement

• Consultative sales approach solving client business issues

• Possesses knowledge of key marketplace issues for the MedTech and/or Pharmaceutical industry and related businesses

• Individual must be a successful sales person

• Excellent presentation and writing skills

• Ability to act with a sense of urgency, and can work both independently and within a team environment

• Must have successful experience identifying and closing new business opportunities

• Be results driven

• Developing positive relationships at all levels of client management and within the IQVIA sales, consulting, and marketing teams

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $107,900.00 - $200,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
