IQVIA Associate Data Science & Advanced Analytcs Manager in Wayne, Pennsylvania
What we’re looking for:
Quantitative background with advanced degrees (Master +) in Statistics, computer science, informatics, data science, or related quantitative fields.
Strong hands-on experience with SAS
In-depth understanding of statistical models
Experience with test-control analysis and fuzzy matching
Ability to manage project, lead delivery and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Experience using big data technology and Python is a plus
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of 4-year college in Statistics, computer science, informatics, data science, or related quantitative fields with at least 3 years of industry experience
Or Master’s degree in Statistics, computer science, informatics, data science, or related quantitative fields with at least 1 year of industry experience
What you’ll be doing:
Provides statistical methodology, project management support for Consumer Insights, Marketing Effectiveness and Media Innovations. Also supports the delivery of customized client projects from other Advanced Analytical teams.
Has experience measuring campaign impact
Develops appropriate methodologies to studies using various IQVIA data, media data as well as client data. Gathers recommendations from others to develop research plans, identifying appropriate data sources, and delivery options in meeting client information and analyses needs.
Implements tactical study plans in answer to business questions, performs quantitative research, and provides written summaries of study results
Will have direct client contact in support of project delivery from technical perspective
Independently writes computer programs to meet project information needs, conducts analyses to derive conclusions from the study, and identifies new opportunities for standard reports and for value-added analytics.
Works on projects where independent judgment is used within generally defined procedures and practices
Work with cross-functional team to support machine-learning algorithms on big data platform to solve a variety of business problems

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,700.00 - $146,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
