About Certara Certara accelerates medicines using proprietary biosimulation software, technology and services to transform traditional drug discovery and development. Its clients include more than 2,000 biopharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, and regulatory agencies across 62 countries Analysts support the development of client deliverables, performing research and analysis tasks and providing some level of scientific or strategic insight and interpretation. Analysts contribute to consulting projects in various areas as members of a project team, working independently on assigned project components and tasks, may perform some level of project management and participate in client meetings as needed. Responsibilities

Conduct secondary research, including reviewing epidemiological and clinical studies, compiling information from research databases, analyzing sales information and market trends of life science products and services being evaluated Extract epidemiological, clinical, and economic outcomes data into an Excel-based worksheet Analyze data and synthesize relevant information (qualitative/quantitative) from primary and secondary research systematically Develop study reports, presentations and other deliverables to clients under Project Manager's supervision Perform quality control of reports, presentations and other deliverables Participate in client meetings as needed, take notes and draft minutes, prepare interview transcripts Supervise and provide training to junior staff

Qualifications

Key competencies Strong qualitative, quantitative and analytical skills Accuracy in data entry and analysis Clear, concise, and insightful written analysis in reports Willing and cooperative attitude when working with others internally and externally Diligent follow-up of project tasks to keep them on schedule Ability to follow directions and adhere to our methodology and formatting style Growing expertise in use of software for communications, analysis, presentations and databases Growing expertise in pricing and reimbursement of drugs, medical devices and diagnostics in key global markets

Requirements / Skill level / training / knowledge Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or healthcare related. Master's degree preferred. 0-2 years full time work experience is required. Qualitative, quantitative, analytical, writing skills Ability to prepare complex charts, graphs, tables and PowerPoint slides Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Proficiency in MS office Certara bases all employment-related decision on merit, taking into consideration qualifications, skills, achievement, and performance.
