Department: Wound Care
Hours: PRN-as needed, 2-6 shifts per month after orientation. Clinic Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
*Must have some Wound care exposure and knowledge*
Preferred Experience: Previous experience with wound care including wound vacs, compression wraps, total contact casting, skin substitutes, and wound treatment products.

Job Summary
You will work as needed as a Wound Care Registered Nurse, applying our nursing model to patient care. Your role includes assessing patients and addressing nursing issues related to health problems. You will also evaluate patient responses to care. Your job involves more than nursing. Help patients safely navigate their healthcare journey by understanding their needs. Ensure patients move smoothly through healthcare encounters without complications or delays.

Complete detailed clinical assessments following standard practices to prioritize patient and family needs. Adjust care plans to reach desired outcomes.
Participate earnestly in initiatives aimed at improving quality and performance.
You will strive to relieve physical and emotional pain, promoting healing for the patients under your care.
You will acknowledge and respect patients' unique differences and incorporate them into tailored care plans.

Qualifications
Must have completed an Associate's degree in Nursing.
Should have a minimum of (3) three years of experience in a related field.
Registration as a licensed nurse is mandatory (RN)
Basic Life Support certification (BLS) is required within (30) thirty days of starting the job.
