We Buy & Sell Big Trucks and Trailers.  We specialize in Yard Mules and 53' Dry Van Trailers.  

Position Summary: Located at our Waxahachie Branch off of I-35 and Sterrett Rd.  You will be managing Operations in one of the following Equipment Sales Divisions. 

• Ops Mgr. - Yard Trucks 

• Ops Mgr. - Trailers-Containers 

These are full time career positions in the fast-paced hard working Transportation Industry -

MUST HAVE TRUCK & TRAILER EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE - KNOWLEDGE 

Major Position Objectives:

• Manage the Equipment Sales teams to achieve Sales & Operational Goals.

• Manages All Equipment Buy - Sell deal activity.

• Organizes all activities between the Operations & Sales Teams.

• Manages Shop-Maintenance needs.

• Manages Transportation needs.

• Manages Inventory-Inspections-Equipment Disposal 

• Physically active role - On the go between Shop-Yard-Office.

Job Qualifications:

• College Degree with relevant work experience 5+ years min.

• Must know Heavy Equipment.

• Candidate will enjoy being in a very physically active support role.

• Ability to multi-task independently and as part of a team

• Strong Organizational Skills-Attention to Detail

• Time Management-Ability to Prioritize work.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Mature capacity to deal with multiple personalities.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS)

• Experience in database applications.

• Reliable, dependable, motivated outgoing individual.

Pay and Benefits:

• Base range - $50-$70k per year based on experience. 

• Office hours are 8-5 Monday - Friday

• Office-Shop-Yard in Waxahachie Texas

• 8 Paid Holidays per year

• 15 days per year PTO
