Compensation: Commission

Sales Representative -- EXCELLENT BENEFITS/COMMISSION PACKAGES

Sales Representatives will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service, that should include greeting customers that visit the dealership, answering customer questions on vehicles, matching inventory with customers' requests and needs.
• Knowing and communicating the details of all car inventory on the dealership lot(s) to customers (could include engine details, gas mileage, available options, etc.)
• Overseeing test drives with customers
• Negotiating sales for customer so that customer walks away with car that fits their requirements
• Walking customers though the car financing process

Job Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean 3 Year Driving Record for Insurance Purposes
• Must be 18 years old
• Positive Attitude
• Prior Dealership Sales Experience
