We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Launch Engineer to join our team in Wautoma, WI. In this role you will design new products and processes, and improve and maintain existing products. Responsibilities This role will work closely with production supervision, production planning, purchasing & design engineering to launch new design programs, model year changes and manage the sites ECO processes. Designs welding and fabrication fixturing based on improvements to new and existing products. Responsible for documenting, controlling, and improving the processes used to manufacture Aluminum Booms, including but not limited to fabrication, welding and assembly processes. While promoting safety and quality through engineering controls May confer with management, production, and product engineering staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products. Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization Determines parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification Other related duties as assigned. The annual salary for this role is \$70,500-\$103,400 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
