Description We are recruiting for an Attorney/Lawyer based in Wausau, Wisconsin, 54401, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity within the legal industry. As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will be primarily focused on litigation and contract management, including complex cases such as class actions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage ongoing litigation cases, particularly those related to patient-facing issues.

• Provide assistance and support in managing both large and small scale class action lawsuits.

• Handle all aspects related to managed care contracts and IT contracts.

• Take responsibility for issues related to consents and guardianship.

• Address inquiries about discovery of data, privilege of data, and disclosure of data on a daily basis.

• Leverage skills in commercial litigation and class action to effectively handle related matters.

• Ensure accurate processing and management of all contracts.

• Work on diverse legal matters, providing comprehensive legal support and advice.

• Utilize experience in discovery to manage and process data effectively.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure legal compliance and protect the organization's interests. Requirements • Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Must be admitted and in good standing with the state bar.

• Demonstrated experience in Commercial Litigation.

• Strong knowledge of Contracts law and practice.

• Experience in Litigation - Class Action is required.

• Proficiency in conducting and managing Class Action lawsuits.

• Skilled in the Discovery process, with the ability to effectively gather and manage information.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of professionalism and adherence to legal ethical standards.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
