What you\'ll do: Acts as primary analyst for the UKG Workforce Management Pro, formerly Workforce Dimensions, application and Intouch 9000/9100 time clocks while serving as secondary support for the Workday Application. Provide support for end users by troubleshooting problems, testing solutions, creating and or modifying reports, and planning and creating documentation as needed. Analyze and make recommendations regarding system and process enhancements to streamline HR and business user processes. Facilitate discussion with stakeholders to understand the business and information needs of HR and business users and management. Acts as a liaison between key business areas to work with and educate users on applications in support of business processes and enhancements. We need you to have: 3 years of experience with Dell Boomi integration development along with a Dell Boomi Professional Integration Certification 10 years of UKG System Configuration and Administration experience 5 years of experience with UKG Workforce Management Pro, formerly Workforce Dimensions 5 years of experience configuring Union contracts Experience as a lead/owner of an HRIS functional area or system functionality preferred Who We Are: America\'s largest metal food packaging producer.
