Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Build and manage healthcare digital platforms. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for healthcare digital platforms, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimized workflows. Spearhead the design and implementation of automated digital fulfillment systems, streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Demonstrate proficiency in healthcare interoperability standards such as DICOM, HL7, and FHIR, fostering seamless integration with diverse healthcare IT systems. Develop and execute strategies to drive business revenue through innovative product features, market positioning, and strategic partnerships. Leverage cloud native technologies to design scalable and resilient healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field. Ten (10) years of experience in Technical Product Management, Agile Software program management, New Product Introductions or a combination thereof. Work experience to include: Ten (10) years of healthcare domain expertise; Ten (10) years of leading systems designs and product definition of complex and highly scalable applications for medical devices; Five (5) years of working with cloud native technologies for building logging and monitoring systems; Five (5) years of leading system design of Kubernetes based applications that follow microservices based architecture; Two (2) years of experience building automated digital fulfillment systems; Five (5) years of experience integrating medical devices and Healthcare IT system using healthcare specific interoperability standards; Install base management; New Product Introductions; Radiology Imaging Systems; Digital Platform and Digital Application fulfillment; and DICOM. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently. Approximately 15% domestic and international travel to GE HealthCare office locations to review system and architecture design and attend program planning, inter-organization meetings and engineering workouts.
