Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Waukesha, Wisconsin, as a Payroll Administrator. In this role, you will work within the industry, processing payrolls, managing client relationships, and implementing new procedures and products. This role is vital in maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring the efficiency of the payroll process.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of payrolls for assigned clients, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct

• Manage client relationships, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed

• Implement new products and procedures in coordination with the operational lead

• Keep up-to-date with our payroll software and related systems, using them to process payrolls and produce reports

• Coach clients on their use of our payroll software and related systems, ensuring they understand its functionality and benefits

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed

• Work with the operational lead to assess the current status of operations and plan for the next year

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Perform auditing and benefits functions as required, ensuring all actions adhere to industry standards. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of Ceridian software

• Ability to work with Crystal Reports

• Understanding of 401k - RRSP Administration

• Competence with About Time software

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Experience in Auditing

• Knowledge in Benefit Functions
